About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and analytical minds to join our Retail Banking team as Product Manager – Strategy. As a Product Manager – Strategy, you will work across diverse product lines such as Personal Loans, Digital Payments, and Channel Management. While the specific product focus may evolve, the core responsibility remains strategic: driving initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance customer value propositions (CVP).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic inputs to improve customer reach and engagement across retail banking products.
• Develop solutions for channel-specific challenges, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence while enabling innovation.
• Recommend enhancements to CVP to strengthen competitive positioning.
• Identify and course-correct misalignments between departmental and organizational strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor outcomes.
• Prior exposure to retail banking, fintech, or entrepreneurial projects.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, with ability to perform data analysis and visualization.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance in financial services.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
