7 years working on infrastructure monitoring, patching & automation products preferably BMC products (TSOM/Helix Operations manager, TSA, TSCO, Discovery).
End to end life cycle of managed environments covering installation, configuration, management, support and troubleshooting etc.
Multi-platform Operating Systems basic knowledge/understanding (Windows, Linux, AIX etc). Practical experience of working on site with heterogeneous instances.
Ability to manage projects end to end.
Ability to create and update documentation e.g. Standard Operating Procedures and others for IT supported services and applications.
Understanding of Service Delivery from Incidents, Problem, Changes to SLAs.
Ability to coordinate with various teams, understand requirement & provide solutions/resolutions.
Effective communication skill.
Desire & ability to learn & grow.
Functional knowledge of ServiceNow integration would be preferable.
