Handling and resolution of customer queries, complaints received at the Branch through coordination with various stakeholders
Assisting customers in completion of FKYC
Providing on field support to the Sales team & Branch teams for 811 customer servicing
Handling rejection cases & curing/resolution of same through coordination with the Business team
Conducting regular training sessions with the field/Sales team to improve their productivity
Monthly reconciliation of biometric devices which are with the field team
Publishing regular MIS (as & when required)
Customer out calling (as & when required)
Candidate Requirement:
Graduate (any stream) with 1-2 years of experience preferably in Banking Industry
Strong Communication skills – Verbal and Written
Good knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Excel in particular)
Assertive attitude
Self Driven
Service mind set
