The role involves sourcing new customers, managing existing relationships, and ensuring smooth processing of gold loan applications. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a sales mindset, and a good understanding of gold loan products and branch operations.
Responsibilities
Source new customers for gold loan products through branch walk-ins, field visits, and local networking. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers. Ensure timely processing and disbursement of gold loans. Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Cross-sell other banking products such as CASA, insurance, and investment products. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit norms, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan documentation. Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
