We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Elite Banker - Inbound to support branch banking operations and deliver high-quality service to walk-in customers. The Elite Banker will play a key role in servicing clients across segments, resolving queries, and supporting the Service Officer as needed. This role also involves non-transactional servicing, reconciliation, and cross-selling of financial products.
Responsibilities:
1. Service walk-in customers across all segments, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.
2. Generate leads for New-To-Bank (NTB) customers and actively cross-sell financial products.
3. Act as a backup to the Personal Banker during peak hours or absences.
4. Handle non-transactional servicing tasks such as audit support and reconciliation of branch accounts.
5. Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
6. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities sensed during customer interactions.
7. Deliver a high-quality customer experience to encourage retention and positive word-of-mouth.
8. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
