Elite Banker - Inbound
We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Elite Banker - Inbound to support branch banking operations and deliver high-quality service to walk-in customers. The Elite Banker will play a key role in servicing clients across segments, resolving queries, and supporting the Service Officer as needed. This role also involves non-transactional servicing, reconciliation, and cross-selling of financial products.
Responsibilities
- Service walk-in customers across all segments, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.
- Generate leads for New-To-Bank (NTB) customers and actively cross-sell financial products.
- Act as a backup to the Personal Banker during peak hours or absences.
- Handle non-transactional servicing tasks such as audit support and reconciliation of branch accounts.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities sensed during customer interactions.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience to encourage retention and positive word-of-mouth.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
