As an Elite Banker, you will be the face of Kotak Mahindra Bank, representing the bank's values and commitment to excellence. Your primary role will be to provide personalized banking services to high-value customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with high-value customers to understand their financial goals and preferences.

Offer personalized banking solutions, including investment advice, wealth management, and tailored product recommendations.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and timely resolution of queries.

Build and expand the bank's client base by identifying and attracting potential high-net-worth individuals.

Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and industry regulations to provide accurate and relevant financial advice.

Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient client onboarding.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of ethical conduct.

Participate in bank-wide initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative banking solutions.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.

Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in the high-net-worth segment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.

Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
