Job Description
Answering inbound calls and addressing client queries, making outbound calls for collections, informing them regarding pending EMI, and doing sales pitch for various products.
Following up on cases and getting them closed within defined TAT.
Liaise with department in resolving the cases.

Has good communication skills (written and verbal).
