Job Description

  • Answering inbound calls and addressing client queries making outbound calls for collections and informing them regarding pending EMI and also doing sales pitch for various products.
  • Following up on cases and get it closed within defined TAT
  • Liaise with department in resolving the cases.

  • Has good communication skills (written and verbal)
