Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound

As an Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the branch's inbound services. This includes leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives, ensuring efficient and effective customer support, and contributing to the overall success of the branch's business goals.

Responsibilities

Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Supervise and mentor the inbound customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.

Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as required.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Maintain accurate records and generate reports on inbound service performance and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or banking role, preferably in a managerial capacity.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
