Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound

As an Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the branch's inbound services. Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Supervise and mentor the inbound customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.

Qualifications
