We are seeking a Key Account Manager at KONUX for the largest railway operator in Germany. You will be in charge of all account related topics and tasks, supported by a Customer Success Manager, and will build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving the demand for existing solutions and for gaining an in-depth understanding of future customer needs and upselling opportunities. Together with the account team, you will assure great customer satisfaction and positive system usage. You will be based in Germany and work remotely or in the KONUX office in Munich.
Main contact person for all topics relating to our key customer, both externally and internally.
Ensuring long-term success by supporting leaders in customer's organization on covering their transformation needs with existing and upcoming KONUX solutions
Build strong relationships with customer key stakeholders and understand customer structure, processes and needs.
Analyze demand for new solutions and solution adjustments, based on an in-depth understanding of customer's business challenges
Evaluate customer requirements and convey those requirements internally to ensure an adapted product development and roadmap.
Deep railway industry knowledge
Understanding of the business processes and adapt to the culture of the customer organization
Ability to build or have an existing network within the customers organization.
Resilience to work on long term sales cycle
5+ years of experience in working with technological solutions in the railway industry, European tender experience would be a bonus
Solid knowledge of client budgeting and purchasing processes
Great negotiation and project management skills including clear and direct communication
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and good skills in English language.
