Responsibilities

• As part of our Customer Care Team, you ensure that our customers are enthusiastic about konfetti with your quick, solution-oriented, and warm support.
• You process incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone and always find pragmatic, fair solutions.
• You work closely with internal interfaces (e.g., Supplier Management, Product Team, IT) and provide valuable feedback from direct customer contact.
• You also take care of our social media portals and answer direct messages in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Your role goes beyond reactive support: you actively contribute your ideas to improve our processes and product.
• You know our terms and conditions and product details in detail and use this knowledge to support customers individually and solution-oriented.

Qualification

• You ideally have first experience in customer service or customer support – e.g., in a dynamic startup or agency environment.
• You work confidently with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and tools like Notion, Slack, or Google Drive – or you learn quickly because you have a real hands-on mentality.
• Empathy, independence, and calmness are among your strengths – even when it gets stressful, you remain friendly and solution-oriented.
• You are an open and warm personality, actively approach people, and easily build relationships.
• Pragmatism and data orientation characterize you – you like to make decisions based on facts.
• You communicate fluently in German and English – verbally and in writing.
