Tasks

• As part of our Customer Care Team, you ensure that our customers are always enthusiastic about konfetti and our service with your prompt, solution-oriented, and warm support
• You process the various inquiries from our customers via email, chat, and phone and always offer effective solutions
• You coordinate closely with the relevant interfaces (Supplier Management, Product Management, IT, etc.)
• You manage our social media portals and respond promptly and empathetically to incoming direct messages
• Your role goes definitely beyond reactive customer support: with your growing know-how in customer support and internal processes, you drive the continuous improvement of our product and services
• You use your in-depth product knowledge and apply our terms and conditions with sensitivity to offer our customers individual and flawless solutions

Qualification

• You ideally bring first professional experience in customer support from a dynamic work environment
• You work routinely with CRM systems (HubSpot) and other tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive, etc., or you can easily get used to them and have an ausgeprägte "hands-on" mentality
• Empathy and independence are among your best qualities, and you always keep a cool head, even in challenging or demanding situations
• You are an open and warm personality who likes to actively approach new people and finds it easy to build relationships
• Your pragmatism distinguishes you, and you like to base decisions on data
• You can express yourself fluently in German and English
