Tasks

• You are primarily responsible for screening and recruiting new konfetti partners
• You develop and implement proactive sales strategies with the goal of building new, long-term partnerships (email sequencing, cold calls, building and continuously optimizing a pipeline, etc.)
• You work closely with the relevant interfaces to successfully implement partner requirements and ensure a seamless integration of partners into our konfetti community
• You enjoy using modern tools and AI-driven solutions to automate recurring sales processes – from lead qualification to outreach to follow-up
• Through direct collaboration with the experienced founder team, you are involved in the identification and implementation of new business opportunities through active market observation and continuous exchange

Qualification

• You have a completed degree (BWL, Marketing, or Communication) or a completed commercial training
• You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in sales and account management, ideally with start-up experience
• You are motivated and driven and want to advance your career in sales and account management with full speed
• You can bridge the gap between operational hands-on work and the strategic development of a business area
• You are an open, communicative person who likes to actively approach new people and finds it easy to build relationships
• You can express yourself well in German and English
