Your tasks with us: Independent and versatile
- Proactively acquire new customers and fully service our existing customers regarding our service and maintenance services
- Determine customer needs and create market and competition analyses
- Calculate and create offers and are responsible for offer delivery and follow-up
- Independently conduct contract negotiations
- Develop our customers strategically in the sense of an account manager
- Explore additional market potentials to strengthen the sales position of the sales area
- Actively participate in customer events, trade fairs, or property owners' meetings and present KONE solutions
What you bring with you: Customer orientation and communication skills
- Whether you have a completed university degree or a successful completed training in a technical or economic environment: With us it counts that you meet our customers highly motivated and in a professional way and have a passion for sales
- You ideally have professional experience in the sales of services
- You are customer- and service-oriented and speak very good German and English
- You have a driver's license class B
