Salary: 35h-week according to IG Metall including holiday and vacation money as well as other special payments, regular salary increases, and 30 vacation days. More free days are possible with our flextime regulation.

Your Tasks With Us: No Day Is The Same
You ensure the professional maintenance and service services
You are the first point of contact for customers regarding our service offerings
You take over the assembled installations in the service
You obtain offers from suppliers and carry out material orders
You lead a team of about 10 service technicians including capacity and deployment planning
You take responsibility for compliance with occupational safety regulations
You support sales in the creation of offers
Performance evidences are checked and released by you
What You Bring With You: Passion For Technology And Customers
You have a completed education in the field of electronics or metal as well as further training to a master m/w/d or a comparable qualification
You have professional experience and ideally first management experience
Customer and service orientation as well as good communicative skills in the German language are also part of your profile
Cost and responsibility awareness are natural for you as well as an ausgeprägte solution orientation and goal-oriented work
You convince through a high affinity in the handling of digital technologies
You bring travel readiness in the greater Düsseldorf area and driver's license class B with you
