We are looking for a Technician Service (a) Elevators for Geneva.

Your role

At this position, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all maintenance work on the elevators in your fleet.

Your tasks with us: no day is the same!

• Maintenance visits (scheduled, calls, and repairs) according to the schedule and deadlines set and in accordance with quality standards.
• Application of safe working methods and execution of work in accordance with maintenance instructions and safety guidelines
• Responsible for the safety and performance of the facilities
• Management of the work environment during maintenance work
• Detection of unplanned repairs based on the condition of the installation, contact with on-site contacts, obtaining validation of work not covered by the contract and execution of work
• Writing accurate and timely reports on work performed
• Troubleshooting service, on-call duty

What you bring: a technical understanding

• CFC electrician with experience in mechanics / mechanic / mechatronics
• Experience in the elevator field (installation/maintenance) would be a real plus.
• Proven experience in after-sales service with customers
• Native French speaker or excellent command of French (C1 minimum)
• Good knowledge of English is desirable
• Strong customer orientation and entregent
• Flexibility, stress resistance
• Analytical mind and problem-solving
• Valid driver's license indispensable
• Mandatory residence within a maximum radius of 30 minutes around Praille. For non-Swiss: you must already have a valid Swiss residence permit (B, C or G) mandatory.
