Understand and adapt customer requirements in accordance with technical regulations
Provide technical consultation to architects and contractors, and liaise with the factory or relevant internal units when needed to resolve complex technical matters
Provide end-to-end technical support for new construction and modernization projects, from bidding and on-site measurements to final installation
Prepare elevator equipment production plans, inspect technical details, and track project-related costs
Conduct on-site surveys in close cooperation with co-designers, based on the needs identified by the sales team, to ensure technically sound and customer-aligned solutions
Prepare project and final plans in coordination with co-designers and builders, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and project timelines
Conclude and monitor planning contracts
BSc degree in a construction-related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
Ability to read and prepare technical drawings
Solid understanding of the construction industry, including authority processes, builder/investor needs, and relevant regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Hands-on, proactive mindset with a drive to deliver results
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive, can-do attitude and a drive to win
Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is an asset
Holding a valid license to approve technical documentation for building projects (e.g., Licensed Elevator Design Engineer) is considered an advantage
