Currently, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible in the position of TeamleiterIn Service M/W/D for elevators in the Düren area.

As a TeamleiterIn Service M/W/D, you are the central interface between technology, team, and customers. • Salary: 35 hours per week according to IG Metall including holiday and vacation money, as well as other special payments, regular salary increases, and 30 vacation days. Additional free days are possible with our flexible working hours.

Your tasks with us: no day is the same

• You lead a team of about 10 service technicians including capacity and deployment planning

• You ensure the proper maintenance and service services

• You are the first point of contact for customers regarding our service offerings

• You take responsibility for compliance with occupational safety regulations

• You take over the assembled systems in the service

• You obtain offers from suppliers and manage material orders

• You check and approve performance reports

What you bring with you: passion for technology and customers

• You have a completed training in the field of electronics or metal as well as a further education to master m/w/d or a comparable qualification

• You have professional and ideally first management experience

• Customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills in German language are also part of your profile

• Cost and responsibility awareness are as natural for you as an ausgeprägte solution-oriented and goal-oriented working

• You convince with a high affinity for dealing with digital technologies

• You bring travel readiness in the Greater Düren area and a driver’s license class B
