Your tasks with us: responsible and versatile
- You are responsible for a competent team of employees and lead them professionally and disciplinarily.
- You take measures for quality assurance.
- You are part of the personnel selection, the training, and ensure the necessary qualification of the employees.
- You coordinate the customer requirements and their processing in the team.
- You coordinate the deployment planning of the employees.
- You ensure the communication between different specialist departments and regions.
- You ensure the process compliance and increase the productivity.
- You develop your area of responsibility further.
What you bring with you: inspiration and leadership experience
- Completed training with a further qualification at a vocational school (e.g., business administrator) or a comparable degree.
- Relevant work experience, especially in the management of employees.
- Secure handling of the MS-Office products as well as SAP and Salesforce.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- High sense of responsibility and team capability.
- Persuasion and conviction as well as communication skills.
- Willingness to change and organizational talent.
