Service Technician Position At KONE

We are now looking for someone who is technology and electricity interested and wants to work with the service of our elevators in northern Stockholm. You will be responsible for ensuring that the elevators are safe and reliable by performing regular service and troubleshooting. Building and maintaining good customer relationships is an important part of your role, as you are the customer's first contact and expert in the field.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• A completed high school education, preferably with a focus on electricity and/or electronics
• Good tool skills
• Basic knowledge of electricity
• Approximately 3-5 years of work experience
• Several years of experience in service and/or maintenance
• Very good Swedish skills in speech and writing, as well as good understanding of English
• B-driving license

It is advantageous if you have electrical skills, either through education or work experience, as well as experience in troubleshooting electronics.

Of course, we will ensure that you receive the necessary training to succeed in the role.
