KONE's Global Spares Supply (GSS) plans, sources and delivers quality spare parts and maintenance materials to KONE frontlines and distributors across the globe. We stock over 60,000 materials across 4 distribution centers and fulfill over 600,000 orders per year. GSS plays a key role in enabling our maintenance business to achieve sustainable success with customers.

We are now looking for a Service Parts Planner to join the Supply Chain Planning team in the Global Spares Supply unit. Global Spares Supply (GSS) plays a key role in supporting KONE's Maintenance Business in our Sustainable Success strategy.

As a Service Parts Planner, you will play an active role in the deployment of a new inventory planning function that will cover the global KONE spare part network, including country inventories and global warehouses. Using your expertise in inventory management, you will work across a wide stakeholder network to strengthen spare part availability for maintenance staff and improve customer satisfaction.

As a Service Parts Planner you get to put your analytical skills into use and really dive deep into the data in order to independently develop the packages we offer for our maintenance staff. Innovation is key when you consider how to offer the best package that will fit into the limited space of our maintenance cars and even the backpacks of maintenance employees. We have our own software for inventory planning, which can be modified and developed further, giving you creative flexibility. In essence, you make it easy and efficient for our maintenance technicians to keep the #PeopleFlow running smoothly.

This position is located in Hyvinkää, Finland.

In this position you get to:

  • Coordinate rollouts of KONE Service Parts Management projects in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France.
  • Analyze, define & carry out inventory process improvements in our frontlines.
  • Service Business Inventory Analysis & Key Performance Indicator follow-up and improvement.
  • Collaborate across frontline and Global Spares Supply teams and functions to improve customer experience.

Requirements for the position:

  • Experience in inventory planning.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude, and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and simple manner.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to use analytical tools such as Excel to produce and interpret data.
  • Experience with PTC Servigistics or other inventory planning applications.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a supply-chain–related field.
  • Strong proficiency in English and French (both required).
