We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with the service team for a 12 month fixed parental leave contract, to take ownership of a portfolio of key service customers. This role is responsible for managing long-term customer relationships, maximising service revenue, and identifying opportunities to grow KONE's share of the customer lifecycle.
You will be measured on customer loyalty, retention, service growth and profitability while ensuring seamless collaboration across sales and operations teams.
