Kone Door Business is reaching for solid and profitable growth. Do you want to be a part of this transformation and be a leading partner to take KDB into the next level? We are now looking for a proactive Salesperson to the KDB with location in Tampere or Hämeenlinna.
As a salesperson you will have a key role and an important addition to the KDB organization. You will be responsible for proactively managing customer relationships and opportunities for maintenance contract sales, from current and new customers and to close deals professionally in a way that maximizes KDB's order book and profitability.
Key accountabilities at the role:
Proactively develop and create customer relationship in the area of responsibility.
Accountable for developing KONE Door Business position in her/his customer base or market area.
Ensures customer satisfaction and solving development issues with the rest of KONE team
Documents the customer and contact information, maintain customer data in CRM
Accountable for sales leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing
Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
Knowledge, education and experience:
Relevant educational background, technical knowledge is seen as an advantage
Prior working experience within sales with proven record of success
Mastering customer contacts, presentations, and negotiations as well as closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities and basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms
Experience / understanding Service Business
Knowing the existing customer segment is seen as an advantage
Experience and skills from Customer relationship management.
Finnish and English full professional proficiency.
