As our Office Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient supply of materials and services to the unit, directly contributing to KONE's operational excellence and success.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing category spend, meeting the targets and deliverables defined by the Sourcing Manager, and supporting the implementation of both unit- and category-led sourcing initiatives.
You will drive local supplier negotiations, selection, and management following KONE's strategic sourcing process (BENIM), while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder relationships.
Additionally, you will monitor and manage supplier quality performance, support regular reporting of unit KPIs—including monthly budget and forecast data—and ensure that all price lists and supplier information are accurately maintained in relevant systems and databases.
You will also be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with KONE's sourcing (KSO) policies and procedures, as well as quality, safety, and environmental standards, upholding our commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices.
