Marketing Manager, Website Content Lead

We are now looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager, Website Content Lead to help elevate KONE's digital presence and brand experience globally through engaging, high-quality website content. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of creativity, customer-first thinking, and precision.

In this role, you will:

  1. Play a key role in shaping KONE's online brand narrative.
  2. Drive the end-to-end renewal of KONE's public website, including content framework, UX improvements, stakeholder alignment, and vendor coordination.
  3. Collaborate closely with various colleagues in Global-, Area- and Frontline Marketing to ensure website content:
    • Aligns with marketing objectives together with Marketing Business Partners
    • Meets the needs of website visitors by providing timely and easily accessible information
    • Delivers seamless and engaging user experience
  4. Ensure content accessibility and compliance with global standards supporting inclusive design and usability for various audiences.
  5. Help Frontlines to monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for content improvement, SEO/GEO optimization, and increased engagement from digital media.
  6. Enable a global frame and champion content consistency and tone of voice across the website, aligning with KONE's brand guidelines and with both messaging and information level-framework.
  7. Plan, create, publish, and optimize content within KONE's global master site.
  8. Manage relationships with content agencies and digital vendors.
  9. Oversee editorial calendars, content governance, and performance tracking.
  10. Report results and provide reviews of the website performance to stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Suitable academic degree, preferably in marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in marketing and digital media channels.
  • Good understanding and experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • A creative mind with attention to detail and a passion for quality execution.
  • Strong social skills, including the ability to take initiative and be an active team member.
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to influence and negotiate, and contribute to teamwork in multicultural environments.
  • Good coordination skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, turn challenges into opportunities, and find solutions in changing environments.
  • Ability to develop and foster large networks at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Commercially driven, dynamic, and proactive, with experience in agile ways of working.
