We are looking for a Key Account Manager Servicebusiness (a) Switzerland.
Your Role: Strategic, Customer-Oriented, Forward-Thinking
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in the management and development of our regional and international customer portfolio. You will work closely with our professional and collegial sales team – because for us, sales always means teamplay. You will report directly to the Head of Key Account DACH and receive many opportunities for personal and professional development.
Your Tasks: Diverse and Self-Responsible
- Consultation, acquisition, and support of large customers in the service and maintenance area
- Expansion of existing customer relationships in close cooperation with our global KAM team
- Conducting and supporting market and customer analyses with a focus on Switzerland
- Negotiation and conclusion of framework contracts as well as individual service packages
- Processing of customer complaints and implementation of technical requirements in cooperation with our technician and master teams
- Close cooperation with our back office: support in lead generation, marketing campaigns, and event planning
Your Profile: Convincing and Customer-Focused
- Whether you have completed a university degree or a successful apprenticeship: what matters to us is that you meet our customers with high motivation and a professional attitude and have a passion for sales
- Professional experience and passion for selling complex services or customer solutions
- Communicative, customer-friendly demeanor and sales skills in an international environment
- Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting – also in cooperation with internal contacts
- Native Swiss German. Good French language skills would be very advantageous. English language skills are advantageous
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland, as well as driver's license category B
- Secure use of MS Office
- Willing to learn, reliable, committed, and team-oriented
