KONE Branch Coordinator

The main objective of the coordinator is to support the branch operations by performing tasks related to accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and client contact. In addition, administrative and accounting functions such as accounts payable, payroll, purchasing, and receiving may be required.

Competence, education, and experience:

- The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience in administration or client contact

- You must have a college diploma or be a professional tradesperson. Related industry experience will be an advantage.

- It is considered an asset to have basic knowledge of construction industry practices and contracts.

- You must be able to use basic computer tools such as email and MS Office. SAP is considered an asset.

- The holder of this position must speak fluently in French and English to serve KONE's French and English-speaking clients in this market.

The salary scale for this position is $61,000 to $80,010. The remuneration offered will depend on the candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the position and a series of factors specific to each candidate, including but not limited to skills, years and extent of experience, certifications, and place of work.
