The Associate General Manager - Service & Solutions has joint accountability and responsibility with the General Manager – Service & Solutions for the development and implementation of the sub-branch service business including sales and operations, and modernization sales within a designated geography, driving an outside-in customer service mindset to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key actions for this role include:
This role will be a player/coach position. The individual in this role will, in addition to the above responsibility, will either be assigned a sales budget or direct leadership of a team of technicians and will be also held to the measures of success for those assignment. This role will also have Modernization Sales and Project Management responsibilities.
Requirements
Education: Progressive and successful supervision and/or management experience (including managing people, budgets, planning, etc.) and experience in a consultative selling environment. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent 4 years of work experience.
