Account Manager – Service & Modernization

KONE Belgium is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage and develop the accounts of our Service & Modernization business. The offices will be based in Diegem and the clients will be mainly located in the southern area of Brussels. Your role will be essential to:

  • Maintain the loyalty of clients under your responsibility.
  • Maximize revenues through upselling and cross-selling actions.
  • Identify and conquer new opportunities (hunting) to expand our portfolio.
  • Strengthen KONE's position as a market leader.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the existing client portfolio and ensuring regular follow-up.
  • Providing complementary solutions (cross-selling) and upgrades (upselling) tailored to client needs.
  • Prospecting actively to develop new accounts and generate leads (hunting).
  • Acting proactively on the existing portfolio to seize commercial opportunities.
  • Negotiating and concluding maintenance and modernization contracts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring performance indicators and achieving set objectives.

The profile we are looking for includes:

  • Service-oriented mindset: creating trust, value, and customer loyalty.
  • Strong commercial skills: result-oriented, ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Appetite for networking and knowledge of the sector.
  • Interest in digital solutions and smart buildings.
  • Languages: fluent French and English (Dutch is a plus).
