For our location in Gurgaon, India, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Manager- Sales (North Region). Your remit includes:

• Formulate and implement a strategy for enhancing market penetration to increase the business volume from the assigned sales area.
• Prepare & maintain a database list of customers in the assigned sales area.
• Interact with customers regularly for developmental projects and address the customers' needs and desires for solutions during the design and engineering stages.
• Knowledge of Automation, Process, Control Cabinet or Sensor cable industry will be an added advantage.
• Achieve activities goals as per guidelines (Demo, Seminar, Customer visits, Webinar, etc) for target accounts and generate leads.
• Actively involved in the study of the product specifications, selection of the right product for offering, complying with proposal-making processes and attending technical meetings.
• Acts as a strategic partner for customers to understand customer needs and deliver through Cross-functional teams.
• Interact with the agent/consultants to explore new opportunities.
• Innovative approaches considering the market opportunities, practices & competition to strengthen the company's leadership position.
• Systematic approach for new customers.

Your profile includes:

• Engineering Graduate. An MBA in International Business/Marketing would be an added advantage.
• 8+ years' experience in international sales of capital machines in Wire Harness or related industries.
• Good knowledge of English in word and writing.
• Efficient in MS Office.
• High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork.
