Day to Day as a Mortgage Loan Servicer

As a Mortgage Loan Servicer II at Kohler Credit Union, you will play a vital role in the mortgage servicing process, ensuring our members receive outstanding service that aligns with regulatory standards. You'll manage mortgage loan portfolios and handle inquiries regarding payoffs, insurance, and taxes, offering exceptional support to our members. Your responsibilities will include overseeing lien perfection and compliance releases, collaborating with IT on rate changes and system updates, and conducting audits to maintain adherence to regulations. Additionally, you'll perform annual escrow analysis and assist with General Ledger reconciliation for precise loan servicing.
