What You'll Do

• Assist Members: Provide support across phone, chat, email, and secure messages with professionalism and care.
• Offer Solutions: Understand member needs and suggest products or services that can help them achieve their goals.
• Ensure Accuracy: Handle tasks such as debit card requests, mobile deposit verification, and reporting.
• Contribute to Team Goals: Meet service and referral benchmarks while working collaboratively with your peers.
• Keep Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service or sales background is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow compliance and regulatory requirements

Work Schedule

• Mon-Thurs: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
