We're currently hiring an enthusiastic Floating Teller / Member Service Representative to join our Southern district team, with a primary location in Grafton, WI and the flexibility to support other nearby branches as needed. This role starts at $19.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 floating premium.

No banking experience? That's perfectly fine-we offer comprehensive training and the resources to help you succeed in the credit union industry.

Role Summary: What You'll Be Doing

As a Floating Teller / Member Service Representative, you'll be one of the first faces our members see. You'll assist with everyday needs, offer guidance on products and services, and ensure every interaction is friendly, accurate, and solution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Member Needs: Help members achieve their financial goals by recommending Kohler Credit Union services and building lasting relationships.
• Drive Results: Meet and exceed performance standards, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every interaction.
• Operational Excellence: Follow established policies and procedures to maintain secure and compliant account handling.
• Clear Communication: Maintain professional, courteous communication whether in person, over the phone, or electronically.
• Process Transactions: Conduct financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Handle Cash Responsibly: Maintain and balance your cash drawer with attention to detail and adherence to security protocols.
• Ongoing Development: Keep skills sharp with regular training and opportunities for professional advancement.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience with the public; cash handling experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation for travel between branches.
