We're now looking for an AI Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with a strong product mindset. You'll design and build AI-powered solutions that not only push the boundaries of technology but also create real impact for our users and drive the product forward.

What you'll do:

• Build AI-powered capabilities – Work across the stack, from designing prompts and managing context to orchestrating workflows, building robust infrastructure, and setting up evals that ensure high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to product and process – From brainstorming to production, you'll help shape how we build and deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Drive tech excellence – Lead key improvements in both technology and processes that deliver real impact.
• Be the go-to expert – Support peers and share knowledge on all things AI engineering, including prompt design, workflow orchestration, and evaluation best practices.
• Implement smart practices – Ensure our AI features are developed efficiently, responsibly, and with rigorous evaluation to produce consistently high-quality content.

What we're looking for:

• Deep technical experience building with modern LLM stacks (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, etc.)
• Strong coding skills (e.g. Python, TypeScript).
• Experience designing scalable infrastructure, prompt orchestration, and evaluation tooling in production.
• Someone who thrives in cross-functional settings, loves enabling others and can lead without needing formal reports.
