In this role, you will serve the tool warehouse area, providing good customer service, having control in the warehouse of spare parts to guarantee the existence of materials. Additionally, you will work with other departments always focused on the fulfillment of the metrics of the area under the corporate philosophy.

What You Will Do

• Perform various types of tests and test reports based on customer specifications and product technical documentation.
• Operate standard and customized test equipment. The equipment may include electronic voltage, current, and data acquisition systems.
• Assist with MSA equipment management, equipment calibration, and maintenance management, as well as internal laboratory projects.
• Participate in cross-training with other laboratory technicians and test engineers within the global organization.
• Basic competency in problem-solving. Knowledge in 5Whys, fishbone diagram.
• Summarize test results using the Laboratory Information Management System. Review test results with the test engineer and notify/inform the test engineer of any anomalies or inconsistencies in the results.
• Understand, support, and contribute to Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality (IATF 16949), Test Laboratory (ISO IEC 17025), and Environmental Management (ISO14000) systems following approved policies and procedures.

Who You Are

• Basic ability to speak/understand the English language.
• Knowledge or use of laboratory equipment configuration/programming such as: electronic test and measurement equipment, voltage and current data acquisition systems, environmental and temperature cameras.
• Practical daily capacity with ability to work with small components.
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office and general software.
• Ability to work in a large group environment while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
