Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working within Agriculture markets or with strategic Agriculture customers.
- Strong understanding of PBM principles and experience applying them to commercial decision-making.
- Proven success driving profitable growth through strategic segmentation and customer value creation.
- Experience mentoring or coaching sales teams to improve execution and results.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships at a strategic level.
