Guides team to provide estimates for development work
Collaborate with team members in the areas of systems development and system support
Supervise a team of Software Engineers, including remote team members
Contributing to, and communicate, enterprise level standards to their internal tower team
Work closely with Software Development Capability Leader and their Technical Lead peers to establish development standards
Contribute to Enterprise Architecture design. This includes understanding how upstream and downstream environment changes impact Applications their tower owns
Identify technical experimentation with new technologies that impact their tower Applications and overall Enterprise Architecture
Ensure the solutions implemented within their tower meet security guidelines
Effectively transition custom, and off-the-shelf, software to the Application Support team
Understand and communicate Application Development resource requirements to meet business delivery expectations. This includes sourcing, developing, and hiring technical resources within their tower
Contribute to the technology vision and roadmap of their tower
Software development experience
Supervision experience
Experience leading and/or participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, analysis, design, documentation of functional and technical specifications, development, prototyping, testing, deployment) to deliver high quality, scalable and complex business solutions
Experience with cloud computing (AWS, AZURE, GCP or equivalent)
Experience with Node.JS, Typescript, React.js or Angular
Experience with Amazon Web Services products and tools, such as AWS Lambda, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and S3
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Experience implementing and designing microservices and event driven architecture
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, processes, and tools
Experience working with offshore teams
Experience with Inbound/Outbound Integrations with SOAP/REST APIs
Experience with Community (Experience) Cloud
Knowledge of Lightning Web Components
