Regional HR & Payroll Specialist
Location Tenth of Ramadan, Sharqia Company Guardian Glass Career Field Human Resources
Hiring/onboarding: initiating hires in myHR, coordinating pre-employment documentation, preparing onboarding checklists, and ensuring day-one readiness. Employee changes: transfers, role change, reporting line updates, cost center/location changes, compensation-related changes (as per process), and contract updates. Separations: resignation/termination processing, final documentation coordination, exit checklists, and system updates aligned with policy and local requirements.
Process and coordinate employee lifecycle transactions, including: onboarding progress, case volume, turnaround time, transaction accuracy, leave trends, and recurring inquiry themes.
Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, and basic labor law/compliance concepts.
