Lead NPI transfer processes and follow up on the development and progress of new projects.

Strong observational and analytical skills for process issues.

Create, maintain, and manage process documentation and standard operating procedures.

Execute evaluations of outsourced components, including acceptance and qualification testing.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in English — listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Experience in process control for fiber optic products is preferred.

Candidates with flexibility for overseas business trips (up to 2 months) are preferred.
