Configuring/responding to application alerts from monitoring software
Testing/configuring/monitoring system restores for business continuity
Assisting with support process improvement
Supporting/patching applications
Occasional after hours application/server support
Building/upgrading an EC2 server, adding disk space
Setting up a new S3 bucket and creating a process to archive data in that bucket
Working with a team to build a repeatable, stable release process
Being part of a project team with deliverables and releases
Understand/implement security standards on Internet based or on premises platforms
Experience with automation of administration tasks
Experience with Datadog monitoring software
Experience with Cloud Endure backup technology
Experience with building cloud support processes, continuous improvement
