Lead, coach, and develop team members, ensuring each is positioned to maximize their comparative advantage and contribution.

Drive operational excellence and transformation in IT procurement, supplier enablement, and order to cash processes.

You will partner closely with credit managers, sales leaders, and our global service delivery organization to set the strategy and own team performance for our European Collections capability.

Own escalation pathways for our regional Supplier Enablement and IT Procurement teams.

Foster a culture of integrity, transformation, and mutual benefit, while role modelling Our Values in all interactions.

Collaborate with business partners and global capability leaders to identify and implement process improvements and optimize adherence to financial controls.

Maintain accountability for results and behaviours aligned with PBM principles.

Support team members' career navigation and development by providing regular feedback and development opportunities.

Prior experience leading teams in finance, procurement, or related accounting operations.

Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving business results.

Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Ability to manage team priorities effectively and hold team members accountable to operational performance.

Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, from team members to global leaders.

Experience partnering with capabilities across a global organization.

Experience working in Collections or Order to Cash processes.
