Maintenance Engineer Lead
Collaborate with reliability and planning groups to ensure preventative maintenance system is set up to adequately lubricate equipment.
Facilitate knowledge sharing relative to lubrication program.
Support maintenance personnel in troubleshooting complex hydraulic systems.
Propose changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials, which would result in cost reduction or operational improvement.
Create custom drawings and system specifications.
Manage bill of materials and design documentation.
Evaluate P&ID's and process diagrams for fluid systems.
Upgrade and troubleshoot electromechanical systems.
Responsible for managing site lubrication technicians.
Become a SME in hydraulic systems to support the mill.
Knowledge of the principles of fluid power systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
Basic understanding of electrical components/controls.
Experience in lubrication program management.
Experience in hydraulic system diagnosis and repair.
Hydraulics or Lubrication Certification.
