Our team provides holistic guidance, support, and development to our employees and supervisors/management in all operational and strategic areas. We act as a steward and drive enhancement of our company culture (PBM business philosophy). We advance and coach supervisors/management in their roles and foster our corporate culture intensively through workshops and other initiatives. We implement organizational and disciplinary measures while considering relevant legal and contractual regulations. We introduce and optimize new and existing processes in the HR domain. We partner with the legal and compliance departments to understand legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, manage legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. We proactively enhance our HR processes in cooperation with the global corporate group.
