Your Job

New product introduced to SMT. PCBA process improvement. Support Production or Product Manager on all projects in SMT process optimization, Engineering changes, technical documents, etc.

What You Will Do

1. Responsible for SMT process capability, yield, quality improvement.
2. Responsible for process document, stencil, fixture preparation.
3. Support R&D engineers, PLM and Product Manager to review new designs, new required product could be produced on corresponding line or not, and provide assistance.
4. Performs process design to meet the specifications to ensure the services for all customers.
5. Support customer audit.
6. Follow up material issues with SQE, and support RMA analysis, etc.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years’ experience in SMT.
• Familiar with PCB gerber files analysis, DFM. Familiar with CAM 350, Cadence software.
• Familiar with stencil and fixture design.
• Familiar with PFMEA, Process control plan (PCP), etc.
• Good NPI development and management experience.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
