PRIMARY PURPOSE: Responsible for electroplating/etching process.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for improving those process, and optimize according to the results of collecting the capabilities of each process to improve the production yield and efficiency of those process.
2. SOP, Assist to solve the problems of samples in the process, and define the method and parameters in SOP, so that the production line can reach the yield that meets the expected target according to the SOP.
3. GLSS, Creation and exclusion of cost savings GLSS programs to meet PE department goals and CFPA cost savings goals.
4. NPI, PFMEA, NPI problems and action plan collection and summary into PFMEA.
SCOPE:
Industry, High speed, consumer, automobile and medical product yield rate improvement. Product yield rate improvement to meet product yield rate target.
