Who You Are: Capable of creating a selling culture, customer-centric mentality, driven to create, build and cultivate relationships, strong ambition and passion for achieving goals, comfortable with climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time, able to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs, possess the technological aptitude, flexible availability.

What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service, assist management team, service multiple customers, aware of fashion trends, use product knowledge and fashion expertise, develop and maintain positive working relationships, communicate store information, achieve sales and service metrics, support operational excellence, plan and prioritize tasks, lead/supervise others, understand customer needs.
