Who You Are: Capable of creating a selling culture, customer-centric mentality, driven to create, build and cultivate relationships, strong ambition, passionate about selling, excellent verbal communication skills, able to work cooperatively, comfortable with physical demands, technological aptitude, flexible availability.

What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service, assist management team, service multiple customers, stay updated on fashion trends, use product knowledge, develop positive working relationships, communicate store information, achieve sales and service metrics, support operational excellence, plan and prioritize tasks, lead/supervise others, understand customer needs.
