Job Summary

You are the liaison between Klöckner Pentaplast (kp) and the Customer! You coordinate all in-house contact with assigned customers, sales people, and kp employees who are placing orders or making inquiries relative to product availability, orders, order status, or shipment dates.

Order Execution & Fulfillment

  • Processes orders and keeps track of deadlines, including order entry, order tracking, and invoicing in the system.
  • Supports resolving credit holds (together with Sales Admin/SCC)
  • Maintains updated shipping information for all customer orders in the system (SAP).
  • Handles order changes in cooperation/supported by with all relevant departments.
  • Supports the entire supply chain together with the representatives and the operational interfaces at the locations.
  • Completes country and region-specific formalities and documents.
  • Monitors the customer-specific stock levels of products that are ordered on a recurring basis.
  • Monitoring and processing of overdue stocks.
  • Develops SAP reports
  • Monitors late orders, conducts follow-up, and coordination.

Managing Delivery Dates & Late Orders

  • Responds to customer and sales inquiries regarding order status.
  • Informs customers about expected delivery dates or delays.
  • Ensures the optimal supply chain through continuous follow-up.
  • Ensures that FIFO principle is observed.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong English skills both written and verbally

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

You have strong computer skills (w experience SAP, SALES FORCE, strongly preferred).
